Breakfast is often considered the most important meal of the day, yet it often goes forgotten, rushed, or even packed with excess sugar. Today we want to help you start your day off right, so try these four quick and tasty recipes and get inspired for treating yourself to a month of better breakfasts here in Georgetown, MA!

Greek Yogurt Breakfast Bark

This a great make-ahead breakfast option that is both healthy and filling. Think of it as a less messy version of a parfait. All you need is just 5 ingredients to make this on-the-go breakfast bark that also doubles as a healthy snack! 

Peanut Butter Banana Overnight Oats

Another make-ahead breakfast option, these overnight oats are loaded with protein and will help you stay full longer. Ingredients include creamy peanut butter, Greek yogurt, rolled oats, chia seeds, cinnamon, almond milk, honey, vanilla extract, and a banana. Once you’ve mixed all the ingredients together, cover it and place in your refrigerator overnight or for at least 2 hours. 

Microwave Egg Caprese Breakfast Cups

Enjoy a tasty gourmet status breakfast that is Instagram worthy. No one will believe you made it in the microwave! Ingredients include thinly sliced ham, shredded mozzarella or provolone cheese, two eggs, basil pesto sauce, halved cherry tomatoes, kosher salt, ground black pepper, and fresh basil leaves. 

5 Minute Pesto Breakfast Sandwich

Whip up breakfast in just 5 minutes by making this healthy breakfast sandwich that you easily take on-the-go. Ingredients include one multi-grain English muffin, olive oil, an egg, basil pesto sauce, fresh baby arugula, and kosher salt.
