While it doesn’t necessarily cause stress or anxiety, can play a role in our mental health. Whenever we add items like fruit or vegetables regularly into our diet, we feel better. You don’t need to change everything about your diet right away — we love processed food as much as the next person — but try and take little steps to help give your life that added boost of focus and positivity that it needs.
Light in your Living Room
Wash your windows regularly. Go one step further and open them if it’s not too cold outside. Sure, the sun’s warm rays can be damaging to the skin, but there is no denying the benefits of it.
